What youll do...

Director Finance Operations (Store Strategy & Planning)

Were looking for a finance leader whos ready to rethink how our stores operate at scale. As a Director on the Store Strategy & Planning team youll work directly with operations people and finance teams to solve tough problems lead enterprise-wide initiatives and improve outcomes for our associates customers and the business.

This is a role for someone who leads with purpose thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to turn strategy into results.

Youll make an impact by:

Building and Developing a High-Performing Team: Develop a team that takes ownership moves with urgency and stays focused on delivering what matters most.

Leading Cross-Functional Change: Own complex initiatives across store operations people safety and finance. Align teams remove blockers and deliver results that stick.

Shaping Executive Decision-Making: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders. Deliver insights that drive prioritization trade-offs and clear next steps.

Owning Financial Planning & Performance: Lead forecasting planning and performance tracking for key store initiatives. Use data to guide decisions measure impact and hold teams accountable.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00-$220000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field and 5 years experience in accounting finance or relevant area OR 7 years experience
i n accounting finance or related area.
2 years supervisory experience.
2 years experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
