As a Quant Analytics Analyst within the Chase Auto Finance team you will design and implement automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize risk. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct business process reviews and develop automated solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
- Maintain business process tools and ensure compliance with evolving business requirements.
- Gather input and manipulate data for standard business and financial analysis.
- Conduct comparative and loan portfolio performance analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Validate data accuracy and assist with report preparation.
- Articulate analysis results in reports presentations and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in business processes and applications becoming a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis BI solutions development and reporting.
- Proficient in SQL and understanding of RDBMS systems (e.g. Snowflake Teradata Oracle).
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau QlikView and Business Objects.
- Experience with data transformation tools like Alteryx and Spark.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and share best practices with colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment and resourcefulness.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience with big data transformation tools like Alteryx and Spark.
- Knowledge of Chase Auto Finance systems (ALA ACAPS CALS).
- In-depth knowledge of consumer and wholesale banking data.
- Knowledge of Python VBA Scripts and Visio is a plus.
