Job Responsibilities

1. Close PMs/WOs/RSTCs. Daily- sort and provide to designated person to file2. Generate release print PMS/RSTCS. Weekly- sort and provide to designated person on Wednesdays3. Mondays- Touch base with Maintenance Supervisors on PMs due.4. Send back to production Supervisors Work orders after completed weekly - Fridays5. Make up work orders or PMDs when needed. Set up new parts in MRO when needed6. Set up M#s for the plant EAM when needed.7. Add new parts to inventory when needed. Add BIN locations reorder levels add to parts spreadsheet print labels and attach label to new bin location.

8. Change bin locations order QTYs pricing part numbers. etc when needed

9. Do weekly reports PM completion open PMs and open work orders and send to Maintenance Supervisors and superintendents- Thursdays before 2:00 PM

10. Attend monthly safety training and other trainings/meetings that come stock takes weekly

11. Tend parts window and assist as needed (search parts assets help vendors answer phone etc) when needed and one weekend a month. Issue/return parts when needed

12. Do auto generate approve ready for buyers and place orders when needed in EA M and Oracle cloud

13. Place hydrite orders when needed. Place plant oil orders weekly or as needed

14. Associate parts with asset numbers when needed. CC critical parts when needed

15. Do store-to-store transfers when needed fill out proper paperwork and issue out the parts give copy to Marlana. Keep track of verified PMs and give to Steph to file. Make labels and spreadsheets for dry storage and SMK shack

16. Must be able to communicate well with others including but not limited to vendors mechanics supervisors production employees truckers and more. Check emails/IMs/voicemails daily

17. Fill out necessary paperwork - stockout form forklift sheet missing parts form daily help parts room sheet NSS orders JMD send out sheet fire extinguisher exchange sheet etc

18. Unload/load daily packages coming in/out UPS Speedy FedEx any freight if it fits inside bring it inside

19. Sign vendors in. Give proper attire call supervisor when necessary. Keep all vendors out of the parts room unless they do keep fills

20. Need to work independently prioritize job tasks and be able to handle different situations as they arise.

21. Help cover other shifts when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

* May be required to lift in excess of 40 lbs. at times.

* Ability to take initiative to trouble-shoot for problems.

* Ability to identify basic machine parts and maintenance supplies.

* Practice good housekeeping and good manufacturing practices as outlined by company policies.

* Possess a working knowledge of hand tools and their uses in routine work.

* Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

* Must be able to work as a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic computer skills - word excel
