Strategic Transactions Legal negotiates some of the most exciting strategic partnerships in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). We are looking for a talented transactional attorney and trusted legal advisor to join the team in driving this critical work.
As a Transactions Attorney - Vice President Assistant General Counsel within our Card Services team you will providing legal counsel on a variety of strategic deals across the banks CCB businesses. The primary responsibilities of the role will include drafting and negotiating agreements such as card benefits and marketing arrangements digital integrations co-brand card partnerships and other types of broad-based strategic partnership agreements with household names. The role will provide the opportunity for significant cross-functional and cross-legal department collaboration and require the delivery of timely clear and pragmatic legal advice to the business.
