As the Regional Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge our growth across Asia your role will own and execute digital campaigns across Meta Google YouTube TikTok and emerging platforms all while turning insights into action. Youll work closely with our regional and local marketing teams creative leads and CRM team to deliver powerful campaigns that drive leads member acquisition and brand love.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Digital Marketing team in executing paid media campaigns including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google (Search Display YouTube) TikTok and any other emerging platforms
- Ensure optimization of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts with the aim of acquiring high quality traffic and conversions.
- Develop a full-funnel performance strategy that supports member acquisition lead generation and brand awareness across multiple markets.
- Set monthly and quarterly KPIs tied to lead volume cost per lead (CPL) cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously optimising campaigns through in-depth A/B testing audience segmentation and creative experimentation.
- Build and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics (GA4) Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Identify opportunities across targeting bidding strategies ad creatives and landing page performance to improve campaign results.
- Collaborate closely with our CRM team to integrate retargeting nurture sequences and reactivation campaigns.
- Work with the creative and content team to brief and optimise ad creatives and landing pages for performance outcomes.
- Support country-specific needs for gym launches local promotions trial campaigns and product-specific offers.
- Keep up to date with platform trends privacy regulations (e.g. GA4 iOS updates) and marketing tech developments including Gen AI tools.
- Efficiently manage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners for marketing activities ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Exhibit financial acumen by managing allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Data Analytics Communications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience including managing campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of conversion tracking attribution models and campaign optimisation.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across countries and business goals without reliance on external agencies.
Familiarity with UTM structures GA4 and Tag Manager for performance tracking and measurement.
Confident communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Highly organised self-motivated and proactive in identifying growth opportunities through digital channels.
