As they continue to expand their creative media offerings especially templates for their fast-growing visual storytelling tool theyre looking for a dedicated Content Outreach Associate to support and grow their contributor community in India.
What Youll Be Doing
Discover and engage with talented designers across India aligning them with specific visual and technical aesthetic guidelines.
Onboard and train new contributors guiding them through the submission process and providing technical assistance to ensure content meets platform standards.
Manage relationships with a network of contributors offering ongoing feedback and educational support to help them improve and scale their content production.
Oversee and track contributor contracts payment processes and quarterly program budgets to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative legal and operations teams to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow.
Develop and refine educational resources review processes and creative briefs to support the contributor community.
Evaluate assets based on artistic quality technical execution and alignment with brand standards.
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in digital design production community management or artist outreach.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Adobe Express Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with contract and payment processing workflows.
A keen eye for detail with a passion for post-production standards and well-crafted design.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Solid understanding of current visual and design trends in social and digital media.
A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a love for nurturing creative communities.
Bonus: Experience in content production and educational material development.
