About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team at BYDs Melbourne office in Mulgrave. This role is integral to the success of our Aftersales Department supporting the delivery of seamless post-sales service and driving operational excellence across our network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-sales operations producing insightful reports and recommendations.
- Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service training warehousing and other departments to ensure issue resolution and process completion.
- Assist with complaint handling user authority management case acceptance special event planning and related operational support tasks.
- Optimize store-level operations to enhance service efficiency and the overall customer experience.
- Review and draft internal policies ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the automotive sector.
- Contribute to aftersales-focused projects ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in automotive service business operations or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aftersales operations project coordination or automotive service processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze data and streamline workflows.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proactive detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and service operations is highly desirable.
