Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and communicative Enterprise Architecture Support Consultant to assist our Enterprise Architecture team in designing a new architecture framework and mapping a complex application landscape. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in IT transformation projects understanding of enterprise IT architecture and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Framework conditions:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 36 months
- Location: Hannover (Remote/Hybrid)
- Language: English (fluent)
- Contract Type: Freelance

Tasks
- Support the development of a new enterprise architecture framework including rules descriptions and processes tailored to a new business unit
- Assist in the operational mapping of 600700 applications
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and stakeholders (Domain Architects Solution Architects Application Owners) to align architecture with business goals
- Contribute to the creation of architectural blueprints and reference models to guide IT transformation
- Help define and apply IT architecture principles and standards in line with internal and external requirements
- Conduct EAM (Enterprise Architecture Management) and APM (Application Portfolio Management) training and workshops
- Provide architecture-related consulting to IT and business stakeholders
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and architectural leadership
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT transformation projects involving multiple applications
- Experience in developing architecture blueprints and defining IT architecture principles
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise architecture tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured analytical and independent working style
- Experience with LeanIX nice to have
