Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for a large-scale ERP modernization program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing UAT strategies schedules and deliverables while also working closely with business stakeholders to align testing efforts with core business functions and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of standardized UAT processes across multiple business entities.
- Manage UAT project plans testing schedules and resource allocation to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Engage with agency-level business and technical teams to understand business processes define testing requirements and map system integrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams technical teams and external agencies to ensure alignment of test objectives and resolution of testing issues.
- Facilitate UAT execution cycles manage defect triage and provide consolidated reporting to project leadership.
- Ensure testing aligns with regulatory compliance mandates and business process needs.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in UAT Test Management for large-scale ERP or Financial Management System projects.
- Strong Business Systems Analysis background with expertise in business process mapping and requirements traceability.
- Experience working with multiple agencies/departments in a collaborative testing environment.
- Proficient in project scheduling status reporting and cross-team coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in public sector state or federal government projects is highly desirable.
