The Order Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery of customer orders. This individual will be responsible for daily coordination and communication between customers internal logistics teams transportation partners and delivery agents. Using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and other ERP tools the coordinator will schedule shipments manage delivery appointments and drive operational efficiency while meeting customer service expectations.

How Youll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers to schedule and confirm daily shipments from designated warehouses or for assigned customer accounts using OTM.

  • Document customer delivery appointments in the ERP system to maintain shipment accuracy and visibility.

  • Coordinate the Meet Truck / Job Site Delivery planning process by collaborating with Local Delivery agents and Logistics Coordinators to confirm and execute time-sensitive deliveries.

  • Monitor daily shipment reports to identify missed deliveries or aged unscheduled orders; proactively escalate and resolve issues to maintain high shipped-in-window performance.

  • Review and update order statuses; communicate with business teams to convert orders to working status respond to inquiries and route orders back to order inputters when necessary.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Transportation Carriers Local Delivery and Customers to ensure customer requirements are met while balancing cost and service.

  • Utilize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistent and efficient logistics processes.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics order support transportation or customer service orAssociates or Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web-based systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to operate as a clear thinker under pressure

  • Experience in a fast-paced logistics order service or transportation environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

  • Experience working with SOPs and continuous improvement practices

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus

  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field preferred

Work Environment / Technical Requirements:

  • A quiet distraction-free workspace

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30mbps download via cable or fiber)

  • Ability to demonstrate internet speed during the qualification process

  • Smartphone (Android or iOS) for VPN connectivity

  • Occasional travel to Appliance Park in Louisville KY may be required for meetings or training
