We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to manage client accounts and ensure the timely and effective delivery of our services. This role involves communication with clients internal teams and vendors to coordinate project needs and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate will be organized communicative and driven by client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate service requests scheduling and delivery timelines
Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of client communications issues and resolutions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure service expectations are met
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Prepare reports invoices and service summaries as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in client services account coordination or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
