Job Description
Our customers will measure our contribution to their success based on the value they receive from our services. TAMs are responsible for the overall governance and technical service delivery. They help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments achieving the desired business outcomes while minimizing risk. To do this TAMs must become trusted advisors to the customer ensure consistency and quality of deliverables help customers deliver their IT strategy overcome challenges and meet business goals and use leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations. The Services Portfolio includes Managed Services On-Premise Hybrid Cloud Applications Platforms and Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and Security services that TAMs may manage in full or in part.
Looking for a Project Manager responsible for the direction coordination implementation executive control and completion of projects. Experience in managing Peoplesoft implementation / service delivery projects and certification with PMP PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies. Requires AGSVA security clearance to NV level.

Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Developing project scope objectives timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Team Leadership:
Motivating guiding and coordinating project teams fostering a collaborative environment.
Execution & Monitoring:
Overseeing project activities tracking progress identifying and resolving issues and ensuring adherence to plans.
Budget Management:
Managing project costs ensuring adherence to budget constraints and seeking cost-effective solutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Risk Management:
Identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Project Closure:
Facilitating project closure activities documenting lessons learned and ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
