We re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who is eager to work on software that talks to hardware collaborates with firmware and Product teams and contributes to products that are functional delightful and deeply human.

Develop and maintain scalable modular applications using MongoDB and
Design RESTful APIs and work with WebSocket-based communication for embedded hardware integration
Build responsive interfaces for HMIs and web-based dashboards
Work closely with firmware mechanical and product teams to create seamless hardware-software experiences
Write clean maintainable code and participate in code reviews documentation and version control
Collaborate with AI-driven tools to accelerate development (and be open to learning and applying AI in software building)
Contribute to debugging and performance tuning across both frontend and backend systems
Understand the "why" behind each product to ensure impactful development with a user-first mindset
4 years of full-stack development using MongoDB and
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 and state management (Redux/MobX)
Experience with WebSockets REST APIs and interfacing with hardware (via embedded systems)
Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu/Raspbian) Git and Docker
Willingness to upskill in AI tools/APIs and leverage them in software workflows
Strong fundamentals in data structures system design and debugging practices
Ability to think end-to-end: from database to UI to device sync
Clear communication team spirit and a bias for action
Exposure to MQTT or GraphQL
Understanding of firmware-hardware interactions
Experience working in hardware startups or on physical product interfaces
Contributions to open-source side projects or personal hardware-software experiments
