We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Madison WI. This role supports the marketing department in executing campaigns conducting research and coordinating day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities
Prepare promotional materials and support event planning efforts
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation
Coordinate with vendors partners and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
Support content creation for newsletters brochures and internal communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
