Job Description
To provide speech therapy services for children in grades preschool to grade 12 under the direction and supervision of a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist and the Director of Student Services. Have an understanding of current knowledge of principles and practice of Speech-Language Pathology and knowledge of student teaching techniques. Duties include:1. Carry out the speech therapy plan2. Instruct motivate and assist student learning3. Observe record and report to the Speech-Language Pathologist4. Coordinate care by communicating with team members both verbally and written and attending case conferences and meetings as necessary5. Participate in in-service education programs as requestedExperience required. SLA license preferred.
