Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirementsLead ServiceNow platform administration including user management roles groups and access controlsImplement and optimize ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change Request and CMDBCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure platform stability performance and compliance with governance standardsDevelop and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and best practices Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administratorsStay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancementsRequired Skills QualificationsProven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior DeveloperStrong hands on experience with ServiceNow Administration and ITSM modulesDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture scripting JavaScript and integrations REST SOAP APIsExperience with ServiceNow workflows Business Rules UI Policies and ACLsKnowledge of CMDB design and maintenanceFamiliarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practicesExcellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skillsServiceNow certifications eg Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist are a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with other ServiceNow modules like HRSD CSM or SecOpsExposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExperience in multi instance ServiceNow environments
