This position offers flexibility in terms of location: you can choose to work remotely from home in our office or in a hybrid arrangement but ideally you will want to occasionally work out of the MTL office to enhance collaboration. Youll have the autonomy to decide what works best for you while staying connected with the team through regular meetings and collaborative tools.
The opportunity
Human Resources (HR) plays an integral role in Medavies mission to improve the wellbeing of Canadians. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team is comprising of dedicated HR professionals who provide hands on support while being strategic partners and trusted advisors to all levels of management across assigned client groups.
TheManager HRBP and Labor Relations will play a dual role: acting as astrategic HR Business Partnerto assigned client groups while alsoleading a team of HR professionals.
In addition to leading their direct reports the Manager will work closely with other HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence to influence and implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives. They ensure that HR programs are tailored to meet evolving business needs comply with collective agreements and adhere to provincial legislation.
