Theopportunity:
InthisroleyouwillberesponsibleforassistinginthemanagementofaSalesTeamwithinadealership/:
- Creatingexcitementandpassiontoyourteamtoleverageourofferings
- Toensureyouachieveorexceedpersonal&teamsalesvolumetargetsset
- Monitormanagemotivateanddevelopyourteamontheirachievementtoperformanceexpectations
- Ensureallcustomercomplaintsareeffectivelymanagedwithcareandconsideration.
- Providingexceptionalproductandserviceknowledgetoourcustomersensuringyourteamisequippedtoprovidethesame
- Understandingandperformingothertaskswithinthedealershipsuchasvaluatingtradeinsintroducingcustomerstoourfinanceinsuranceandaftermarketteamsbyraisingtheprofileofotherkeybusinessunitsandofferings
- Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders
- Maintainingcurrentknowledgeregardingthebrandsproductsandservicesandourcompetitiveproducts
