Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and scheduling expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules aligning priorities and influencing stakeholders. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Projects Engineering and Operations).
Youll specifically take care of developing and updating schedules for critical projects.
Well look to you for:
Developing and updating project schedules to meet On Time Delivery (OTD) targets
Compiling and evaluating time-related data effectively communicating results in various formats
Generating effective scenarios to address schedule challenges
Advising on time-related contractual disputes and supporting decision-making
Influencing the alignment of stakeholders schedules
Developing and managing documentation for projects and scheduling processes
Contributing to the development and deployment of company planning standards and training

Minimum of 3 years experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role
Industry-related background preferably in rail or infrastructure
Knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques including proficiency in one tool (e.g. OdyC Primavera) and working knowledge of another (e.g. Kinaxis MS Project TILOS)
Advanced understanding of scheduling theory and methods such as Earned Value Management (EVM)
Fluency in English
Advanced capabilities in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
Working knowledge of time-related contractual practices and delay analysis methods
Comprehensive knowledge of railway industry products technologies and their dependencies
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment
The role is advertised at STO HQ for practical reasons only. The new role holder is not expected to relocate as the entity Project & Development Regional Commuter & Metro is a cross-site organization.
