Job Description

ResponsibilitiesMonday through Friday (up to 4 hours/day)This position requires early morning hours and mid-late afternoon hoursReports directly to the Director of Student ServicesIndependently functions as a 1:1 Nurse in a van dailyMeet assigned student at home (with transportation provided by the District) and ride the bus to schoolObserve student and detect health needsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicianDocument treatments on students health record and communication book as neededCommunicate with parents and building staff in the event of injury or illnessMaintain confidentiality of students medical issues
