HR Regional Director
Lakewood NJ
100 - 150K (DOE & Hours)
Flexible Hours: 9-3 9:30-3:
Position Overview:
A fast growing ABA company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations across 7 states and a 700 employee base. This is a mission-critical role which requires the right candidate to take full ownership of HR systems policies compliance and employee support.

Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong technical HR expertise
Confident working autonomously across multi-state operations
Capable of managing high-volume complex HR workflows
Professional yet warm
Willing to take full ownership of the role and be available in the evenings if necessarynot on a consistent basis but as responsibilities require.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR compliance and employee relations across 7 states
Partner with local directors and care coordinators on staffing discipline and support
Lead onboarding terminations and benefits administration
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state HR laws
Own and streamline all HR processes to ensure a professional efficient department
Serve as point of contact for executive leadership on all HR matters
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
3 years of HR leadership experience preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations
Proven experience with high-volume HR support (700 employees) preferred
Strong technical HR knowledge (compliance reporting documentation)
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
Experience managing staff and working across state lines is a strong plus
