CapgeminiAmerica Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Business SystemsAnalyst 2 based out of its Chicago IL U.S. headquarters. The employee may alsowork at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the followingduties: use technical tools/programming languages to conduct research/dataanalysis/implementation leading to an enterprise resource planning (ERP)solution for clients; Enable transformation and performance improvement ofenterprise or its parts with respect to people and process by providingrelevant capabilities assets (human and non-human) processes and tools (froma functional aspect); and use any of the following to structure/analyze thecurrent state of an enterprise and design/guide related processes for anoptimal future state: ERP application management or custom softwaredevelopment (CSD); and conduct research data analysis and implementation forconsulting projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Thisposition requires a bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in ComputerScience Computer Applications Information Systems Information TechnologyBusiness Administration Engineering (any) or closely related field plus atleast 2 years of experience in the job offered as Software EngineerProgrammer Application Developer Systems Analyst or related IT position. The applicant must also have: any period of experienceperforming technical analysis in specific technology including platforms (OOJava or Oracle) orprogramming environments (UNIX Windows Open Systems or Mobile Platforms); any period of experience performing systemsdesign configuration customization integration testing and support for theclient platform or environment; and any period of experience working with allaspects of system implementation including requirements gathering futurestate solution design development of objects related to their process scopeand testing and post implementation support.
