Job Description
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across product business and creative teams focused on Apple our understanding of how users discover and engage with content and subscription engineering and business intelligence requirements for new datasets and data products to enable product feature and content with the broader data science organization on cross-functional initiatives to ensure a comprehensive view of our products and implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve the product and deploy machine learning models to optimize our products and with business stakeholders to shape and guide roadmaps influence priorities and support product strategy with data.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in extracting insights from large datasets using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Skilled in designing and executing experimentation strategies including test definition and results measurement.
- Skilled in applying statistical methods to business problems including classification segmentation and forecasting.
- Experienced in applying data science techniques to solve ambiguous real-world problems and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technial and non-technical teams.
- Experience with advance causal inference methods.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
- Experience in using AI to augment data science workflows.
- Experience in media or entertainment industry.
- Passion for film television and/or music domains.
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163300 and $290100 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
