Pouvez-vous tablir crer et entretenir des liens intressants avec nos clients Aimez-vous faire affaire avec les clients et les aider avec leurs besoins financiers Nous recherchons un Associ Services Bancaires Personnels pour notre succursale qui sera en mesure de diriger les clients vers le membre du personnel capable de rpondre leurs demandes financires et leurs besoins bancaires notamment en matire de nouveaux comptes de conseils de placement et de solutions bancaires. Pensez-vous avoir ce quil faut

Lors dune journe normale vos fonctions pourraient tre les suivantes:

Engager des conversations avec les clients sur les besoins relatifs aux conseils sur les oprations bancaires courantes les oprations avec service linformation sur les services numriques et la rsolution de problmes lis aux solutions bancaires

Comprendre les besoins des clients et les diriger vers la bonne personne qui leur offrira des solutions pertinentes tout en faisant preuve de bon jugement pour les affaires confidentielles

Donner confiance aux clients lgard des nouvelles tendances en matire doptions bancaires numriques en leur parlant des services bancaires mobiles des guichets automatiques bancaires et des services bancaires en ligne

Appuyer le personnel de premire ligne avec les oprations prvues lies ou non la trsorerie; rsoudre les principaux problmes et signaler les exceptions la direction

Recommander des amliorations aux pratiques de travail et aux oprations et processus de la succursale afin damliorer lexprience client et datteindre lexcellence oprationnelle

Participer lutilisation prcise et opportune des processus et procdures daffaires

Veiller ce que les documents prpars soient exacts refltent les intentions de lentreprise et soient conformes aux rglements pertinents et au Code de conduite et dthique professionnelle de la TD

Contribuer crer un milieu de travail positif et quitable en faisant valoir lefficacit de lquipe en participant au rendement et au perfectionnement individuels et en faisant part des connaissances du secteur pour atteindre un objectif commun

Exigences du poste:

Diplme dtudes secondaires et/ou

Au moins une anne dexprience pertinente

Cours Fonds dinvestissement au Canada (FIC) ou lquivalent dans les 6 mois suivant la nomination

Diplme dtudes postsecondaires ou diplme universitaire de premier cycle (dans un domaine connexe) un atout

Matrise de la suite MS Office (Word Excel et Outlook)des logiciels de la succursale et dInternet

Connaissance des solutions bancaires et des processus pour informer les clients

Esprit dinitiative et capacit travailler dans un milieu de travail dynamique en toute autonomie grce un trs bon sens de lorganisation et de solides comptences en administration en planification et en gestion du temps

Influenceur dynamique minutieux et efficace avec une attitude positive pour la prise dinitiatives le traitement de plusieurs tches et la modification des priorits

Bon communicateur ayant des comptences reconnues en exprience client qui peut efficacement tablir un lien verbalement ou par crit avec les clients et les quipes concernes de faon courtoise et efficace
