Director Product and Customer Marketing

Salary: $150000 to $195000 per year up to 15% target of bonus based on the company results and the employee performance.

Reporting into theChief Marketing OfficerWorkJamis seeking a seasoned and highly creative marketing professional with a specialisation in field marketing to lead these efforts globally. This highly visible and mission-critical role will also work closely with product development leaders in our Montreal head office sales and the strategic alliances team to oversee the coordination and execution of marketing programsthat drive revenue. Supported by asmallteam of direct reports the role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketer who is ready to bring their ideas and experience to build out and scale a best-in-class demand generation function that employs the latest techniques and marketing technologies. Moreover the role will work with a tight-knit group of fun talented and supportive marketing professionals at a high-growth company in a hot market.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify market trends and develop messaging that position WorkJam to expand into new segments and win share.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation as well as Product and Sales teams to build out innovative go-to-market campaigns for new products and solutions.
  • Manage global tradeshows and customer events.
  • Manage global relationships with analysts and press.
  • Support CMO and CRO to develop annual strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships team on joint marketing campaigns.
  • Share perspective insights and experience with the Chief Marketing Officer and other company executives as input to marketing-related strategic planning and decisions.
  • Lead and inspire a team through effective management coaching fostering a culture of collaboration growth and high performance.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce or related field and a Master in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS (10K employees) with at least 5 years in product marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Workforce Management Software
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in international markets including the US EMEA and APAC.
  • Experience working in customer success
  • Experience targeting buyers who are leaders of large frontline workforces.
  • Experience with demand generation PR events management ABM and BDR sales flows.
  • Experience managing & leading a marketing team.
  • Demonstrated creativity and experimentation with disruptive tactics that break through the noise
  • Experience in thinking at a strategic and tactical level. Comfortable presenting plans and budget proposals to executives for buy-in.
  • Demonstrated experience (1 years) using Metadata or other AI media buying and optimization platforms for LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated experience (1 years) training agents via Google AgentSpace and Jasper AI to create content.
  • Demonstrated expertisewith marketing technologies such as Salesforce Demandbase Metadata and Chili Piper.
  • Thrives on and highly motivated by achieving and exceeding marketing performance and ROI metrics.
  • Deep experience building and leading strategic marketing programmes with technical partners such as Google and Deloitte
  • Experience with value selling TCO and ROI analysis as part of a B2B sales team
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and leading in a matrix building value selling programmes at Sales Force or Service Now.

This role requires strong English skills to interact with global colleagues outside Quebec. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
