We are seeking a Senior Associate Internal Audit Consultant with expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) and Data Integrity to support our Global Banks internal audit team. This role involves assessing IT and data-related controls within a complex banking environment supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives and delivering actionable insights to enhance operational and financial reporting integrity.
Perform internal audits focusing on ITGC domains including access management change management and IT operations across global banking platforms and systems.
Evaluate data integrity controls impacting critical financial and operational reporting for high-volume regulated banking environments.
Prepare clear audit documentation findings and recommendations consistent with internal audit and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with business risk and IT stakeholders to assess risks and design effective control solutions.
Support remediation testing and follow-up activities ensuring timely closure of audit findings and regulatory commitments.
Experience in internal audit ITGC testing or data integrity assessments within global banks or large financial institutions.
Familiarity with SOX COSO COBIT FFIEC guidelines or similar banking control frameworks.
Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Information Systems or a related field; CIA CISA or CPA certification preferred.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
