Position Summary

The individual hired will work out of the Oak View Groups Enmarket Arena offices in Savannah GA. The Client Services Manager will need to be exceptionally organized detail-oriented all while overseeing and executing the corporate partnership fulfillment process.

This role will pay a wage of $45000 to $50000.

About the Venue

Located just under one mile from Savannah Civic Center Enmarket Arena expands the current downtown district while revitalizing a historic section. The arena brings a new level of entertainment to the region while breathing new life into a quiet section of Savannah. Enmarket Arena seats up to 9500 individuals for events and shows and roughly 7300 individuals for Savannah Ghost Pirates ECHL games. The new arena site presents the opportunity to redevelop the canal district to the west of West Boundary Street creating a vibrant new center of activity in Savannahs core.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate partnership fulfillment for 200 accounts.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaign for Corporate Partnerships.
  • Responsible for working with outside agencies to get all corporate partnerships signage created and placed.
  • Responsible for creating season recap of season for corporate partners.
  • Responsible for prospecting cultivating and maintaining client relationships for the team.
  • Identify pursue and secure new premium and sponsorship sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Being responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Being available for select sales presentations when warranted/needed.
  • Responsible for servicing all clients through various means including direct contact newsletters corporate partner gatherings etc.
  • Responsible for creating new client initiatives to better serve the corporate partners.
  • Responsible for assisting in the design of sales proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners.
  • Work with suite concierges box office staff as it relates to partnership inventory.
  • Provide top level client servicing to Partnership clients.
  • Works with the ticket department on opportunities to cross sell corporate partners.
  • Responsible for working and attending games events and promotions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in similar working environment
  • Experience in the marketplace preferred
  • Proven track record of managing partnership inventory and/or sales agreements
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in sales public relations business administration hospitality management or other related field
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Work Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays is required
  • Outstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients operational leaders and other senior executives.
  • Occasional travel may be required
