CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-term Contract Full-time (6 months)
DEPARTMENT: Chief Operating Group Employee relations
LOCATION: Flexible - Any UK BBC office with hybrid working
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 42500 - 52500 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

In this role you will work with internal stakeholders to implement policy changes relating to upcoming employment law changes. You will also help audit existing HR policies and procedures to identify inefficiencies or compliance risks. This will be a key role in recommending and implementing improvements that enhance the people experience and operational effectiveness of the BBC. Additionally you will help create a framework to monitor and analyse policy effectiveness following the launch of a new policy framework.

The Employee Relations and Policy team play a key role in developing and maintaining HR Policy and help manage the trade union relationship at the BBC.
This is an opportunity to work within a specialist central team which helps design negotiate and implement key policies and guidance ensuring they align with the BBCs overall objectives strategy and values.
