Tasks

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/n) you will be involved in the identification and assessment of strategic fields of action on the basis of the company/group strategy and business potential with new technologies.

  • You develop business cases and business models for parts of the new and existing business and take over the assessment of the impact on the overall portfolio as well as decision-making.
  • You carry out market and customer analyses to evaluate market potentials as well as trend analyses and prepare profitability analyses
  • You identify portfolio gaps potentials and implementation measures and carry out risk and feasibility analyses in coordination with stakeholders involved
  • You advise the management on strategic issues relating to the product portfolio and manage strategically oriented projects

Profile

You have a degreewith a focuson business administration business development or a comparable qualification andmany years of work experiencein the field of business development.

In addition you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

  • Proven experience in business development proposition management and customer journeys within telecommunications or consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of device-related services (DAAS) trends and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in owning and optimizing full customer journeys including orchestrating cross-functional teams
  • Experience increasing ARPU launching new revenue streams or achieving customer retention growth
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; the ability to track KPIs and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication influencing and both external partner and internal stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
