What will you do
- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify track and resolve business systems issues
- Assess research analyze and document stakeholder needs using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements
- Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality within budget and on time
- Review test plans scenarios cases as needed
- Support Development Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation
- Identifying risks dependencies assumptions and constraints
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members stakeholders and business unit partners through all project phases
What do you need to succeed Must Have:
- 5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement
- Strong hands on experience with Agile Product Delivery
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross functional teams including technology design and business stakeholders
- Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation ensuring timely and successful delivery
Nice to have:
- Industry experience with Financial Institutions
- Agile certification
