Job Description
Full-Stack Software Developer
Location: San Antonio TX (In Office)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full software development process from design through deployment
- Maintain and upgrade software solutions post-deployment
- Write test and deploy clean scalable and well-documented code
- Automate testing and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software that meets user needs
- Ensure software quality performance and security compliance
- Use DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 6 years of experience with programming languages including Java Python JavaScript and HTML
- 6 years of experience designing modifying writing and deploying software using Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies/tools
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g. GitHub) and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Agile XP (extreme programming) product management and software engineering principles
- Proven ability to write new source code and enhance existing applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Experience working in government or DoD environments
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and tools
