Job Description

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and creating end-to-end supply chain value

As a Customer Collaboration Manager you will join the Customer Logistics team working in a hybrid set-up combining Wilrijk (Antwerp) Anderlecht and home this pivotal role youll help realise our collaborative logistics agenda and develop trust-based relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for initiating and driving end-to-end supply chain projects that enhance efficiency and sustainability across the entire value chain delivering added value for both CCEP Belux and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key contact for our customers on all topics related to Customer Service and Supply Chain. You will organise and lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment and follow-up.
  • Co-develop and implement tailored key account plans focused on end-to-end supply chain processes. These plans aim to create win-win outcomes and align with our Customer Collaboration strategy commercial objectives and the long-term vision of our customers. You will evaluate performance operations KPIs and projects in partnership with customers to ensure delivery of shared goals.
  • Serve as an internal connector working closely with departments such as Customer Service Transport Logistics Planning Engineering QESH as well as with Sales Field Sales Sales Operations Operational Marketing and Finance.
  • Identify assess and implement improvement opportunities within the wider supply chain that increase effectiveness efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Support the implementation of CCEPs Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability strategy turning ideas into tangible actions and improvements.
  • Monitor daily operations analyse results and take proactive steps to ensure our high service level standards are consistently met.

Your Profile

  • You hold a minimum a Bachelors degree and bring at least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • You are fluent in French Dutch and English.
  • You are customer-focused and skilled at building long-term trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver with a hands-on mentality.
  • You are results-oriented well-organised able to prioritise effectively and resilient under pressure.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
