Call Center Supervisor
Full Time
Location: Anchorage
$24.47 - $33.65 DOE
True North Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamicpersonality to join our team. As the Contact Center Supervisor you will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day operations ensuring excellent customer service and leading a team of contact center representatives.

What youll be doing:
- Working closely with your manager to supervise the day-to-day operations including the front-line representatives.
- Ensure that service levels are maintained and goals/expectations for the department are met.
- Serve as a Contact Center agent as needed.
- Interact with member via telephone or electronic communication.
- Collaborate with the manager for hiring training directing and evaluating employee performance.
- Model appropriate workplace professionalism and teamwork.
What youll need to bring to the table:
- 1 3 years of similar or related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal competency
- High school education or GED
- Previous call center experience or financial institution experience preferred but not required.We will train the right candidate!!
