Kantars Centre of Excellence (CoE) team is a specialist team of insights professionals based in India and UK. The CoE works with large global clients across categories and engages with their Global as well as Local market teams. CoEs teams in India and London manages large scale projects and works closely with client partners. This role is for CoEs India Hub in different locations Kolkata Delhi/ Gurugram Bangalore or Mumbai.
This role will give you an opportunity to elevate your skills learn and accelerate career growth and a great sense of achievement for making tangible impact on the clients global marketing agenda. There is opportunity to work together with a multi-skilled team within Kantar and the clients business and access to senior global insight leaders within the clients organisation.

Role Description
We are looking for ambitious energetic and experienced research professionals who are looking to further their career in the Consumer Insights function. You will join us with a focus on a specific area of expertise (Brand Guidance Innovation Segmentation Custom Research) and drive excellence efficiency and thought leadership to ultimately drive impactful insights for our clients & help elevate internal capabilities. Further you will be responsible for building new client relations and nurturing existing client relationships in the role of a trusted advisor to them. The scope of work would include multi-country projects for our international clients headquartered in cities in Europe/ US and operating in 50 markets across the this role you will be expected to independently manage clients and advise them on research briefs & be accountable for delivering insights to senior stakeholders. As a people leader you will also be able to motivate team members to build capabilities and strive for excellence.
