As part of a collaborative administrate team you will provide high-level in-office support to multiple teams of Software Engineers your responsibilities include: - Assist in managing a Sr. Manager/Directors calendar demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize scheduled based on last-minute changes- Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment - Managing and tracking of general building requests often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks - Management of multiple conference room calendars logistics - Coordinating catering requests for meetings and events working with internal systems and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup. - Onboard new employees ensuring they receive necessary supplies equipment and security compliance.- Create manage and track small purchasing orders
23 years of experience in an administrative or facilities support role
Experience with Calendars and Mail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Demonstrate discretion tact and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Proactive curious and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
