Relying on limited experience and knowledge this role is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are varied in nature.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor claims that are high-exposure.
Perform regular audits of the company and TPAs.
Review all claims that are in litigation regardless of reserve.
Authorize all requests for settlement on claims within assigned level of authority.
Authorize all reservation of rights and denial of coverage letters regardless of reserve.
Report monthly to the claim executive on the status of the claims.

Education
Education Level4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business Administration a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
Experience
5 Years relevant and progressive experience in bodily injury liability
5 Years Litigation management leadership experience
Other
Possess and have ability to apply broad knowledge of principles practices and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality tact and diplomacy
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledgeable of industry changes legal updates and technical developments related to applicable area of the Companys business to proactively respond to changing business environment
Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel Access PowerPoint Word)
