Job Description

ber Prysmian Neustadt

In unserem Kabel- und Leitungswerk Neustadt fertigen 470 Mitarbeiter innovative Spezialleitungen von 1kV bis 150kV fr vielfltige den Bereichen Kranleitungen erneuerbare Energien Bergbau Medizintechnik Telekommunikation sowie fr den Einsatz in Wasser nimmt unser Werk eine Spitzenposition ein. Jedes Jahr entstehen hier mehr als 20.000 Tonnen Kabel. Das schaffen wir nicht allein. Daher suchen wir tatkrftige Untersttzung denn wir wollen die #1 bleiben.

Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle bis zu 25 Stunden in der Woche

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Brokauffrau/Industriekauffrau oder vergleichbar mit mehrjhriger Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zahlenaffinitt
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse MS-Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) optional SAP
  • Zuvorkommendes Auftreten verbindlich hilfsbereit und teamfhig
  • Hoch motiviert pflichtbewusst verlsslich organisiert und belastbar

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • HR- Assistenz- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Zeitenerfassung
  • Bescheinigungswesen
  • Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • bernahme Weiterbildungsmanagement/Bewerbermanagement
  • bernahme Schriftverkehr im HR-Bereich

Sonstige Aufgaben:

  • Untersttzung bei Projekten
