About the Role
As a TAM at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) you will play a crucial role in helping our customers maximise the potential of their Oracle investments. Your main goal is to ensure our clients achieve their desired business outcomes while minimizing risks. You will be responsible for the overall technical service delivery and governance working closely with our international team of experts.
Our CSS team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with Oracles largest customers providing advanced support and innovative solutions. As a TAM you will contribute to global initiatives collaborate on cutting-edge projects and be part of a dynamic multicultural environment.

Youll Do
- Learn from and work alongside Oracles global network of experts gaining valuable insights and delivering exceptional customer value.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging our internal tools and resources to keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations.
- Collaborate on customer projects providing your fresh perspective and ideas.
- Consult with clients to understand their unique business requirements and propose tailored solutions using Oracles technologies.
- Develop your problem-solving abilities while learning Oracles processes and procedures.
- Manage your time effectively to balance various client engagements.
- (Optional) Apply your knowledge of Oracle products to provide even more value to our customers.
What Were Looking For
- Recent graduates or students currently pursuing a masters degree eager to begin their career.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English plus one other European language (French German Spanish Italian etc.).
- A passion for technology and cloud concepts such as AI Blockchain Machine Learning DevOps and Security.
