The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) Bureau of Collection Services (BOC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced contractor to serve as Special Project Coordinator to provide analysis and project support for the implementation of the Third-Party Liability Electronic Database (TED) through knowledge transfer analysis of testing results and evaluation of system capabilities and design.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the internal workings of Illinois state government and extensive knowledge and experience with various State of Illinois electronic systems that will interact with and supply data to TED including but not limited to the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Illinois Medicaid Program for Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) SAS Institute Software (SAS) Integrated Eligibility System (IES) and others. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work cohesively with internal and external partners to develop and analyze best practices and achieve set goals while demonstrating independent initiative. The candidate shall possess strong communication skills.
