Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in Electrical and/or Computer engineering a track record of building complex systems and a love for technical depth. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and a proven ability to distill complex technical details into clear actionable strategies. Responsibilities include:System Design & Architecture:Develop and evolve the architecture for Watch systems with a focus on technical depth & innovation ensuring alignment with both technical and user features end-to-end: partition hardware firmware Solving & Innovation:Dive deep into technical challenges leveraging expertise to propose innovative comprehensive analyses and risk assessments developing strategies to mitigate potential innovation through rapid prototyping / emulation / simulation / Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and inspire cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity and continuous complex concepts into clear strategic directions for team members and in active listening to understand team dynamics and project needs facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years in system design and/or SOC architecture.
- Experience leading/working effectively within diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Masters / PhD degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Computer architecture Networking or Embedded Systems.
- Experience with wearable devices.
