Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Simulation Engineer to join our team at our Vadhu Budruk facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in robotic and process simulation along with strong knowledge of welding technologies such as MIG welding spot welding and hemming cell operations. This role involves designing simulating and validating robotic processes for manufacturing projects ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robotic simulation programs using standard industrial software .
- Conduct process simulations to evaluate cycle time robot reachability and process feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient robotic systems and production lines.
- Simulate and validate MIG welding spot welding and hemming cell processes ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
- Support offline programming and troubleshoot robotic programs before deployment on the shop floor.
- Prepare simulation reports and documentation for internal and client review.
- Ensure simulation data is aligned with product design tooling and fixture specifications.
- Provide technical input during design reviews and customer meetings.
