Job Description
Were looking for a Head of Creator Experiences to shape the future of how influential audiences interact with our products. As the Head of Creator Experiences youll craft thoughtful immersive experiences that bring iPhone iPad Mac Watch and the entire Apple ecosystem to life in new and meaningful ways. Youll lead a small but mighty team partnering across the company to build experiences that are innovative memorable sharable and deeply the vision for product storytelling through experiences making every interaction feel personal delightful and and inspire cross-functional partners fostering a culture of creativity curiosity and excellence. Develop forward-thinking strategies that push the boundaries of experiential marketing blending digital and physical worlds across Appleworking with PR product marketing retail creative and moreto bring our innovations to life in ways that connect. You take initiative to identify and seize opportunities. Youre a problem solver who is to find the best solution to every challenge and brief. Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies ensuring Apple remains at the forefront of experiential impact optimize experiences and constantly refine how we engage with our customers.A passion for crafting experiences that feel effortless inspiring and distinctly Apple.
- 10 years of experience in experiential marketing event strategy or brand experience leadership.
- 8 years of relevant work experience in event support production or management.
- A track record of leading teams and delivering visionary high-impact work.
- Proficient in Keynote Numbers Pages.
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills with an ability to make complex ideas feel simple.
- A deep appreciation for Apples brand and a drive to redefine whats possible.
- A problem solver willing to roll up your sleeve and get things done with an eye to excellence.
- A bold creative mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and engagement.
- BA Degree or equivalent.
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191400 and $344900 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Youll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage retirement benefits a range of discounted products and free services and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition.
