The candidate we hire for this position has deep AI subject matter expertise the ability to transform business requirements into AI models and can successfully execute on day-to-day program delivery.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this role include:
- Collecting scraping cleansing and analyzing data to support Oracles process improvement objectives.
- Creating and implementing AI and/or Machine Learning models to provide direct input into business decision making.
- Establishing repeatable methods to refine models over time.
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure key requirements are integrated into solutions.
- Defining success measurement criteria driving KPIs for program performance and building/maintaining dashboards for self-service analyses.
- Documenting synthesizing and presenting recommendations to executives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD (Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Physics Linguistics or a related field with a dissertation thesis or final project centered in Machine Learning Techniques) with 3-6 years relevant experience OR Masters or Bachelors in related field with 10 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and shipping models using machine learning deep learning and statistical modeling across different data domains and modalities.
- Experience shipping machine learning or statistical models.
- Possesses good working knowledge of GenAI Machine Learning Data Science LLMs and/or LangChain.
- Ability to work in ambiguity manage high impact programs and prioritize tasks with proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with business development and engineering stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects stakeholders and tasks.
- Highly analytical technically proficient and able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
- Experience with applying models in business process implementation transformation and/or strategy.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
