Capgemini AmericaInc. seeks aQuality Analyst Lead based out of its ChicagoIL U.S. headquarters. The employee may also work at various unanticipatedlocations. S/he will perform the following duties: serveas QA Lead for PLCC (Pvt Label Credit Cards) Retail POS e-Com Supply Chainand mobile testing engagements; perform phase-by-phase software testingincluding requirements/system/integration/program/module testing; completeindependent verification and validation of IT products produced by thedevelopment process; initiate/maintain client relationships; maintain frequent/directcontact with all client levels; contribute to and provide coordination formultiple bid/client proposals; provide advanced level enterprise-wide softwaretesting including all its processes and tooling including TMap; review andsupport design of complex large scale system and functional designs (FSD &SSDs) for clients; provide risk-based reporting and highlight project/programissues and concerns to Leadership; analyze/assess commercial benefits ofcomplex international Capgemini client engagements; deliver defined revenuetargets; coordinate/administer multiple projects or a single large/complexproject; perform complex Test Design and Execution in HP ALM (ApplicationLifecycle Management) and conduct briefings/training sessions for team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Thisposition requires a bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in ComputerScience Computer Applications Information Technology Information SystemsBusiness Administration Engineering (any) or a closely-related field plus atleast 5 years of experience in the job offered as Test Lead Quality Assurance LeadSoftware Engineer Systems Analyst Lead or a related IT position. In lieu of a bachelors degree the employer deems that thesuitable combination of education training or experience acceptableis 3 years of study towards U.S. bachelors degree in Computer ScienceComputer Applications Information Technology Information Systems BusinessAdministration Engineering (any) or closely related field plus 3 years of ITexperience. The applicant must also have: any period ofexperience with all aspects of product testing including test planning usecase creation test execution defect management and reporting in Test Life Cycle Management; any period ofexperience performing quality assurance manual performance or automatedtesting; any period of experience working with QA methodologies includingfunctional or non-functional testing best practices and standards; any period of experience working with Test DirectorHPQC Selenium Load Runner WorkSoft or Cucumber; any period of experienceoverseeing a team of IT professionals; and any period of experience creatingand reviewing of Testing Artifacts right from Test Strategy through Testcompletion report (wing to wing).
