Lexus Technology Specialist Full-Time
Location: Lexus of Orlando Central Floridas Premier Luxury Dealership
Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and luxury vehicles Do you enjoy helping others and providing top-tier customer service Lexus of Orlando is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lexus Technology Specialists to join our elite team and support our fast-paced customer-focused Service Department.
Position Overview
As a Lexus Technology Specialist youll be the go-to expert for helping guests understand and get the most out of their vehicles advanced technology features. Working in our bustling two-lane Service Drivewhich averages 120 to 160 appointments dailyyoull provide hands-on demonstrations and personalized support for systems including:
- Lexus Enform and infotainment
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Navigation and voice-command systems
- Safety and driver-assist features
- Mobile app integration and remote services
You will also assist with the flow of vehicle traffic support valet responsibilities and occasionally transport vehicles to and from guest locations ensuring every Lexus owner enjoys a seamless and informed ownership experience.
What Youll Do
- Educate and assist guests with the technology in their Lexus vehicles
- Offer setup and troubleshooting support for infotainment safety and mobile systems
- Move vehicles around the dealership and between locations as needed
- Deliver world-class service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Help maintain efficient operations on the Service Drive
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Tech-savvy with strong communication skills
- Friendly professional and patient demeanor
- Able to walk stand and move quickly throughout your shift
- Willingness to learn and master Lexus technology
