Our attorneys will be primarily responsible for:
- Developing legal strategy and performing aligned legal services
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting initial pleadings motions pleadings orders judgments and status updates
- Overseeing and analyzing discovery
- Representing clients in court for various types of hearings and trials
- Managing cases independently
- Supervising legal support staff
- Conducting consultations with prospective clients
- You must have experience with Family Law Litigation
- You must be admitted to the Texas State Bar
