Job Description
At Deloitte our Finance Transformation practice brings together expertise across Finance Strategy Business Finance and CFO Services to help clients navigate change optimize their finance operations and drive digital innovation. With approximately 250 professionals across our offices in Stockholm Gothenburg and Malm we support leading organizations across all industries with interim services change management strategic advisory and implementation of digital tools. Positions are based out of our offices in Stockholm Gothenburg and Malm.
About the role
We are currently recruiting for several teams within Finance Transformation:
Business Finance & Finance Strategy
As a consultant in the Business Finance & the Finance Strategy teams you will work with clients to drive innovation and transformation within their finance organizations. Your work may involve developing target operating models implementing systems and processes driving cost optimization or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
CFO Services
Our CFO Services team is the Swedish market leader in providing interim and project-based finance solutions at client site. Our primary market is Sweden but we also deliver projects internationally. We support clients by stepping in as interim controllers accountants CFOs or project resources by delivering transformation projects such as process and operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications :
We are seeking consultants with 25 years of experience in consulting finance or technology and enjoy problem-solving and working in collaborative environments.
- Consultants with approximately 2-5 years of work experience
- Experience from working with system implementations transformation projects or target operating model preferably within the financial services- or insurance industry is beneficial.
- Experience in managing parts or entire projects leading the work of others as well as your own.
- Enjoys addressing complex problems in an analytical manner.
Additionally were looking for one (or more) of the following areas:
- Experience from management consulting
- Experience from working with operational roles in the Finance function
- Experience from program management/project management /Epic owner /Product owner /Scrum Master/Business analyst or requirements analyst
- Experience from various types of delivery models both traditional and agile (also covering agile or hybrid methodology agile certifications such as SAFe is beneficial)
- Experience of implementing core systems within banks or insurance
