Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Web operations Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Design implementation and maintenance of SharePoint Online web sites;
- Analysis and design of collaboration solutions for individual units or horizontal needs based on M365 suite;
- Design preparation of materials and delivery of training and coaching sessions both in presence and hybrid modes about the use of the M365 package;
- Analysis and documentation of information architecture;
- Assistance with drafting and keeping up to date content of SharePoint sites;
- Design implementation and maintenance of automation solutions based on Power Automate.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- Experience with web sites development frameworks;
- Experience with end-user guidance;
- Experience with Confluence wikis and its content administration;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite in particular of SharePoint Online and Power Automate;
- Very good knowledge of and work experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and its content management;
- Very good knowledge of and work experience with Microsoft Teams and its administration;
- Proven understanding of content structuring storage access and presentation elements;
- Knowledge of business process analysis;
- Knowledge of software development and service methodologies (e.g. Agile ITIL);
- Excellent command of the English language.
