Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering team at Franklin Embassy Suites. This 250-suite hotel features over 15000 sq. ft. of flexible event space and is ideally located in the suburbs of Nashvillejust a 30-minute drive from the heart of downtown. Salary Range: $75000 - $85000

What You Will Do:

Lead train and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety service and standards at the core.

Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and plumbing systemsbasically be the hotels MVP when things go sideways.

Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgetsyes youll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers.

Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.

Champion our loss prevention and safety programsbecause protecting people and property is priority one.

Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.

What We Are Looking For:

5 years in engineering: Youve seen it allleaks locks and line voltageand know how to fix it fast.

Proven leadership skills: You can coach a team with confidence and hold folks accountable with heart.

Budget & P&L experience: You know the numbers behind R&M and laborand why they matter.

Knowledge of safety codes.

Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday you dont shy away from screens and systems.

Flexible availability: Nights weekends or holidaysyoure ready when duty calls.
