Revenue Cycle - Credit Specialist

Behind the scenes our Revenue Cycle team plays a key role in making that experience seamlessensuring every payment adjustment and refund is handled with care accuracy and transparency.

Were looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to focus on credit balance resolution. Youll analyze account credits post payments process refunds and partner with both internal teams and studio teams to resolve discrepanciesmaking sure our members are getting the best care both clinically and financially.

This position is based in Nashville TN working a hybrid schedule on-site at our headquarters every Tuesday and Wednesday.

What Youll Do:

• Review and resolve credit balances on member accounts with precision and speed.
  
  
• Accurately post insurance and member payments along with necessary adjustments to patient ledgers.
  
  
• Process both voluntary and involuntary refunds with efficiency and a member-first mindset.
  
  
• Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with studio and RCM team members to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate account balances.
  
  
• Act as a trusted partnerclear concise and collaborative in all communications.
  
  
• Jump in on additional projects or duties as needed by RCM leadership.

What You Have:

• 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management credit balance resolution or payment posting in a healthcare or dental setting.
  
  
• Familiarity with EOBs and strong payment reconciliation skills.
  
  
• A sharp eye for detail paired with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Clear professional communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel including downloading and organizing large data sets using pivot tables and applying sorting/filtering tools to analyze account activity.
  
  
• Ability to interpret data trends and use insights to inform decisions improve processes and clearly communicate the story behind the numbers within a revenue cycle or operational context.
  
  
• Prior experience using dental or medical practice management software (Dentrix is a plus).
